Saintpaulia ‘Ek-Shedevr Khudozhnika’

Saintpaulia ‘Ek-Shedevr Khudozhnika’ has a mouthful of a Russian name which roughly translates as ‘The Painter’s Masterpiece’. This gorgeous African Violet bears large violet flowers which are both double and ruffled, the edges of the petals etched in white.

Little but fierce, African violets are flowering powerhouses! With the right care, these dainty houseplants will push out flowers non-stop for months on end, sometimes all year round. Their jewel-like flowers come in a myriad of refined shades and shapes complemented by a neat rosette of velvety leaves. They make superb shade-tolerant houseplants, with clusters of exotic-looking blooms providing sparkles of colour to interior spaces.
